What beef do you use in your burgers?
The beef we use in our burgers is a carefully crafted blend of 4 choice cuts of meat: short rib, brisket, rib cap, and chuck – designed to maximise flavour and texture. This makes up 70% of our burger, and the remaining 30% is fat, where all the additional flavour comes from. It’s a fatty patty, but in a good way.
Do you serve Halal food?
All our chicken is Halal. We also offer Halal beef at Soho.
Do you have gluten-free buns?
Yes – please request a gluten-free bun when making your order.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of dishes to suit dietary preferences – which are listed on our menus.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Please inform your server of any allergies, and our kitchen team will take extra care in preparing your meal. However, we are unfortunately unable to serve customers with sesame seed allergies.

At Borough we have an outdoor terrace which is used all year round.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in our outdoor terrace at Borough. Service animals are permitted in the restaurants.
Are your restaurants wheelchair accessible?
Our three restaurants are wheelchair accessible, if you are making a reservation please state at the time of booking so we can seat you in the best place possible.

For those visiting Fairgame, you’re welcome to dine with us without booking or taking part in the full Fairgame experience.
